How to reach the Fairy Tale House

From Termini station
  • Take the Line A metro towards Battistini and get off at Valle Aurelia station.
  • From Valle Aurelia take the FL3 metropolitan train towards Cesano-Viterbo and get off at Olgiata station.
  • Exiting the Olgiata station on the right onto Via Braccianense, follow the road until you reach number 106 (about 400 meters - 5-7 minutes on foot)

From Tiburtina station
  • From Tiburtina station, take the FL3 metropolitan train towards Cesano-Viterbo and get off at Olgiata station.
  • Exiting the Olgiata station on the right onto Via Braccianense, follow the road until you reach number 106 (about 400 meters - 5-7 minutes on foot)

From Fiumicino airport
  • From Fiumicino airport, take the FL1 metropolitan train towards Termini station and get off at Trastevere station. Be careful to take the train that also stops at intermediate stations and not the Leonardo Express which arrives directly at Termini station.
  • From Trastevere station, take the FL3 metropolitan train towards Cesano-Viterbo and get off at Olgiata station.
  • Exiting the Olgiata station on the right onto Via Braccianense, follow the road until you reach number 106 (about 400 meters - 5-7 minutes on foot)

From Ciampino airport
  • From Ciampino airport, take bus number 520 to Rome and get off at the Tuscolana/Cinecittà stop.
  • Reach the Line A metro station in 2 minutes on foot, take the metro towards Battistini and get off at the Valle Aurelia station
  • From Valle Aurelia take the FL3 metropolitan train towards Cesano-Viterbo and get off at Olgiata station.
  • Exiting the Olgiata station on the right onto Via Braccianense, follow the road until you reach number 106 (about 400 meters - 5-7 minutes on foot)

Frequently asked questions

What are the check-in and check-out times ?

Check-in is available from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. In addition to this time, there is a surcharge depending on the arrival time (€30 in the evening or €40 in the night, to be agreed). In case of early check-in it is possible to leave your luggage in the storage room and immediately go and discover the beauties of Rome. We will take care of having them in your room.

Check-out must be carried out by 11.00 am, simply leaving the keys inside the accommodation (never attached to the internal lock of the door)

Do you have parking available ?

Yes, we have free private parking for our guests. A maximum of 2 parking spaces are available within the structure and must therefore be requested in advance and approved in advance

Are animals allowed ?

Yes, they are allowed but they must be reported and agreed in advance to avoid the simultaneous presence of incompatible animals. 

If desired, cushions and a bowl are provided.

For animals there are additional costs for cleaning, equal to €10 per stay.
